In November 2020, Salesforce.com officially launched its Revenue Cloud product line brand name. Salesforce CPQ is a foundational product which forms a part of this suite of offerings. As we have gone through Salesforce CPQ functionality in detail in the previous videos, we are taking a step back in this video to present the bigger picture.
We will cover the context on why Revenue Cloud was introduced and what it consists of. We will also look at the typical business use case in today’s world where Revenue Cloud is applicable.
