As an #AwesomeAdmin, there’s always more to learn, and with so many resources at your disposal, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. But with the new Guidance Center, you don’t have to search endlessly for the most relevant trail or In-App Guidance prompts — all the best resources are tailored just for you in one place, right inside the app or right where you work.
We’re thrilled to get Sales Cloud and Service Cloud admins in new orgs started with the new Guidance Center right away. It will be easier than ever to implement guidance and best practices in your daily workflow.
What is the Guidance Center?
If you’re familiar with In-App Guidance, then you know Salesforce brings more tools straight to the app with every new release. The Guidance Center is designed to help Sales Cloud and Service Cloud admins access the most relevant guidance wherever you are in the app based on your experience level, which is determined by a short questionnaire. Whether you’re brand new to Salesforce or an expert, when you sign in to the app, you’ll get personalized recommendations for the best videos, Trailhead badges, In-App Guidance, Help articles, and more. It’s personalized to your learning needs and delivers an immersive experience so you won’t have to hunt for answers to your questions.

How do I access the Guidance Center?
We’ve made it easy for you to access the Guidance Center while you work. Just log in, click the Trailhead icon in the global header (pictured below), and start exploring. If you’re an admin getting started with a new org within the last 90 days, lucky you! You can access it now in the app. Admins of older orgs, don’t worry — the Guidance Center will be ready for you in future releases.

In future releases, you might see some cool, new features for the Guidance Center. This might include a tailored experience for existing admins and Premier Success Plan customers — and we’ll let you know when your sandbox is ready for new releases! But that’s just the start — let us know if you have ideas by utilizing the feedback feature in the Guidance Center.
