Einstein Search is now GA!

Admins can now empower users to find what they need easier and quicker with Einstein Search. With Einstein Search, you can personalize results for every user. Along with relevant results from natural language queries, you can also leverage an actionable search bar for quicker time to value. This includes accomplishing tasks like logging a case or creating a contact.

All features of Einstein Search are now generally available (GA) at no extra cost.

New enhancement is available to score leads separately

Now, you can set up Einstein Lead Scoring with segments. When you tell Einstein to evaluate your leads and conversion history separately for different groups of leads, scores are more useful. For example, you can score leads from trade shows and advertising campaigns separately to let Einstein determine their unique conversion patterns and provide better scores for each.

Lead segments are easy to set up. The guided setup flow walks you through the setup choices you make to optimize Einstein Lead Scoring for your business.

Einstein Conversation Insights is now a stand-alone product

High Velocity Sales is no longer required for users to take advantage of Einstein Conversation Insights features. Einstein Conversation Insights is now available as a stand-alone product that can be added onto Sales Cloud.

Einstein Conversation Insights gives sales managers insights about their teams’ sales calls and surfaces coachable moments. Managers can play recordings of conversations to gain visibility into mentions of competitors, products, custom keywords, pricing discussions, and next steps. Users can leave Chatter comments on call and video segments, create conversation libraries, and match call participants with their records.

AI templates with Einstein Recommendation Builder is coming soon

In Summer ’21, we’re launching an AI template for Einstein Recommendation Builder! This is an out-of-the-box solution to help admins configure and deploy a field service work order recommendation in minutes.

It’s simple: Select the field service work order template, build the recommendation, and deploy! With this recommendation, Einstein will recommend the relevant parts for technicians to carry for service visits. More templates are coming soon!

Admins, we hope these templates will make it easier for your organization to leverage the AI-powered capabilities in the Salesforce Platform and build recommendations much faster.
