Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a cloud-based web application that can improve the digital selling journey by keeping you connected and helping you better understand your customers. Accessing the App

Microsoft offers a free 30-day trial or you can sign in to get started here. Use your Microsoft 365 username and password to access the app.

General Navigation

Your homepage Dynamics 365 dashboard is a great area of the site to get your day started. Here, you can get a holistic view of your activities. It can display daily work-related sales numbers, such as the activities you’re working on, your sales pipeline, your open opportunities and leads, and more. Use your homepage dashboard to see important data at a glance.

Even on the road, Dynamics 365 Sales helps you stay on track with business process flows and more. With the mobile app, you can:

  • Plan your day: Before you start your day, you can see what’s in store through your dashboard and activities chart. You can see reminders about your customer meetings or insights for the day.
  • Do post-meeting work: After you’re out of a meeting, you can quickly add notes, create contacts, and update data in relevant records.
  • Find information and act accordingly: Find someone you want to contact, see records you recently updated, and more.
