How to Find Out Why an SMS Was Not Sent | Marketing Cloud
In this video, we will discuss how to find if a subscriber was sent an SMS message for a send. By using report or query activities, users can check to see if subscribers were part of a send and if they received a message without issue. We can also check individual subscribers for delivery receipts in MobileConnect’s Engagement tab.
