#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer25 Einstein Activity Capture can now sync your emails as Salesforce Activity records—specifically as Task and EmailMessage objects. This means your email data is no longer locked away in a silo!

You can now use standard Salesforce reports, workflows, automation, and even APIs to harness your email interactions. If you’re already using Einstein Activity Capture, contact Salesforce Support to enable this feature. For new setups from Summer ’25 onwards, it’s enabled by default.

This update allows sales teams and administrators to fully integrate email communications into their Salesforce CRM processes. You can now build reports that include email data, trigger workflows based on email activity, and analyze customer interactions more comprehensively, helping improve sales productivity and decision-making.

Product Area: Sales Cloud

Salesforce bypass email verification – Authorized Email Domains setup page showing verified domain with email verification disabled.
