The Salesforce Platform App Builder credential is designed for those who can demonstrate skills and knowledge in designing, building, and implementing custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce Platform.

Salesforce comes with rich set of standard out of the box features and functionalities to meet your sales and service requirements.  However, every organization has its own unique wants and needs. With Salesforce, you are not limited by what has already been baked into the product. One of the most powerful features of using Salesforce is the ability to configure and customize it as per your business requirements. And there are two ways to do this customization

1. Use declarative configuration capabilities
2. Customize it using code (Apex, Lighting Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages)

If you want to learn the extent of declarative capabilities of Salesforce, take the “Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder” certification exam. And in the pursuit of this certification, you are going to uncover all the hidden diamonds and gems of the platform.
