#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer21 You can now enable default recording for Sales Dialer. Your users can still decide whether to record individual calls. It’s up to users to comply with any privacy rules and regulations.

(Sales Dialer is available for an additional cost in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions)
